Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pro Packaging Line website and all orders placed for custom packaging products and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Orders and Quotes

Quote Validity

All quotes provided by Pro Packaging Line are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, order specifications, and market conditions after the validity period expires.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after we have received:

  1. Written approval of the final quote and specifications
  2. Approved print-ready artwork or written design approval
  3. Payment of the required deposit (typically 50% of the total order value)

Production does not begin until all three conditions are met.

Minimum Order Quantities

Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 units for most box styles. Rigid setup boxes and highly specialized structures may have different minimums (50–250 units depending on complexity). Minimums are specified in your quote.

Artwork and Design

Customer-Supplied Artwork

You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork submitted is print-ready and meets our file specifications (CMYK color mode, 300 DPI minimum, 3mm bleed on all sides). Accepted formats include Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF, EPS, and PSD.

Our prepress team will review submitted artwork and notify you of any issues. However, final responsibility for content accuracy — including spelling, product claims, regulatory statements, and barcode data — rests with the customer.

Design Services

We offer complimentary dieline templates and basic layout assistance. Custom design work beyond basic layout may be subject to additional charges, which will be quoted and approved before work begins.

Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use all artwork, logos, images, and content provided for production. Pro Packaging Line is not responsible for verifying intellectual property ownership and will not be held liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied materials.

Proofing and Approval

Before production begins, we provide a digital proof showing your artwork on the selected box structure. You must review and approve this proof in writing. Once approved, we are not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof.

If you request changes after proof approval, additional charges may apply and the production timeline will be adjusted accordingly.

Production and Turnaround

Standard production turnaround is 10–14 business days from final artwork approval and payment confirmation. Rush production (6–8 business days) is available for qualifying orders at an additional cost.

Production timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material availability, equipment maintenance, and force majeure events. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

Production Tolerance

Industry-standard tolerances apply to all orders:

Payment Terms

Deposit and Balance

A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before shipment unless net-30 terms have been arranged and approved in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. For approved business accounts, we offer net-30 payment terms upon credit approval.

Late Payment

Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend production or hold shipments on accounts with overdue balances.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms and policies are detailed in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined there.

Cancellation

Before Production

Orders may be cancelled before production begins with a full refund of any deposit paid, minus any design or prepress costs incurred.

During Production

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. You will be responsible for the full order amount.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. Because all products are custom manufactured, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Packaging Line’s total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Packaging Line, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights through customer-supplied artwork or content.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, material shortages, transportation disruptions, or labor disputes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Jurisdiction to be confirmed by client]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction to be confirmed by client].

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
